EVERY PAINTING IS:

• Titled, painted and hand signed by me.
• Delivered with an art certificate of authenticity.
• I will provide you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel as it makes way to you.
• Please note that there may be a small chance that a parcel could get stock at custom for up to 6 weeks. It is very rare that the painting gets stock on customs, but if it happened taxes or duties are at expense to the purchaser (unfortunately this is out of my control)

KEEP IN MIND

• Keep in mind that electronic devices display colours differently, so it can happen that my painting would differ slightly in colour from the image you see on screen.

REFUNDS

• I aim for all the information, photos and videos concerning the painting be as accurate as possible. Therefore my sales are final except in the case of damage where you can contact me maibisnavarro@gmail.com and we will find a solution. If you aren't sure about the painting or the colors I will be happy to send more photos, videos with close ups. Please be sure you love the painting before you purchase it. My paintings are not sold upon " approval "this means I do not accept a return because it doesn't match or you have changed your mind.

• All artworks are copyright of Maibis Navarro and no images are to be used without my consent. I retain the full rights to all artworks whether sold or commissioned, unless the purchaser has paid for the rights retaining a written and signed consent.
